Terms of Service

To help you comfortably enjoy the transformation and photo services of the oiran-experience studio KOKORO HANASHIZUKU (Yutakana Kimochi Co., Ltd. / Kyoto Kokoro Group; hereinafter “we” or “us”), please review the following. These terms apply to all guests who use our services.

Reservations

Submitting the reservation form alone does not confirm your booking. It is confirmed once we reply (by email or phone).
Depending on the details, such as very near dates, we may ask to confirm or arrange by phone.

Payment & Fees

For prices, please check the display on each plan page (tax included).
Where there are options or additional purchases, our staff will explain them on the day, and settlement is added after you agree to the details.
For payment details, please see the “Notation based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.”

Cancellations & Date Changes

Cancellation fees are, in principle, as follows.

Day before: 50% of the plan fee / Day of: 100%
Date changes may be treated the same way. Please contact us as early as possible.

*Conditions may differ by plan or store (in which case the description on each page takes precedence).

Costumes & Props

Please handle costumes and props with care. If there is soiling or damage beyond the normal range, you may be asked to cover repair costs, etc.
If a prop is lost or damaged, you may be asked to cover an amount equivalent to the item’s price.
You may use your own props, but we cannot take responsibility for their loss or damage on our premises.

Carry-on Items (Props, Accessories, etc.)

You may bring your own photo props, accessories, etc., but we may decline depending on the number or nature of items. We also cannot take responsibility for the loss, damage or soiling of items you bring.

Scope of Use for Photo Data

Photos you purchase may be enjoyed within the scope of personal use (posting on social media, sharing with family and friends, etc.).
For commercial use (promotional material or advertising, business PR, monetized social media or video, listings for sale, etc.), please consult us in advance.
Guide: ¥5,500 (tax incl.) per plan (per style) (an individual quote may apply depending on the content).
If unauthorized commercial use is discovered, we may take measures such as additional charges or suspension of use.
Use for adult or sex-industry purposes, or uses contrary to public order and morals, is not permitted.

Eligibility for Women’s Services

Our women’s services are operated on the premise of women-only changing and preparation areas. Given our current facilities and operations, we therefore welcome guests whose physical characteristics are female.

Personal Information

We use personal information within the scope necessary to respond to reservations and inquiries, and in principle do not provide it to third parties without the individual’s consent (except as required by law). For details, please see our Privacy Policy.
