Red and Black Kimono Styling with an Ukiyo-e-Inspired Haori

The “Sharaku” plan is popular among international guests for its blend of traditional Japanese style with a touch of allure and glamour. For this session, he chose a kimono featuring a red-and-black pattern and a haori jacket adorned with an ukiyo-e-style skull design. This ensemble pairs perfectly with the “Hana-no-Ma” studio setting he selected. The dark, slightly sultry aesthetic created by the red and black tones suited him incredibly well.
Hair and Makeup for a Cool, Edgy Transformation
The hairstyle, with strands falling slightly over the eyes, creates a striking, dark aesthetic. The addition of contouring in the makeup further enhances this cool, edgy look.

You can choose from a variety of props for your photoshoot. Posing with a sword is particularly popular; resting a Japanese sword on your shoulder makes for a truly striking shot. Please feel free to select other items—such as folding fans, kiseru (traditional pipes), or demon masks—to match the atmosphere you desire.
